I humbly request Umasankar Mohanty Sir, Anand Misra Sir, Anjani Kumar Sir, Tapan Kanti Biswas Sir, Prabhat Ranjan Sir and others to atleast reply. I would make sure that no one uses foul language here for anyone be it IAP elected members or for any of our PT colleagues. And please kindly don't put comments about the work so far done by any of you but specific answers to the questions. 1. I'm very keen to know the pay pack for each designation under the IAP elected team. As in what's the salary or token for the President of IAP? (Yearly) .. Surely no one is going to work for charity in this world.
2. What are the possible solutions to get two elected IAP team to get working as one again? As its certainly not good for Indian as well as International Reputation!!! (Dr. Ali Irani and Dr. Umasankar Mohanty Sir will have to get all the ducks in a row for the profession together)
3. Do we have any plans to increase the awareness of PHYSIOTHERAPY in the rural areas as IAP (be it a trust or an association, it has to)?
4. Any plans to improve research work in our field? How many of the elected members have publications in indexed journals? Sorry I don't need the answer for the last one but its important for someone to be in the team who have the sense of the real importance of research in our field and its impact in future.
5. National Health Policy 2002 recognized the importance of the role of Physiotherapy in the Health care delivery system. In the policy making do we have any of our representatives?
6. By what rights IAP is giving affiliation to the colleges as an association? (*Few countries do ask for IAP membership for VISA and few colleges also have it as a criteria for M.P.T. admissions.)
7. Any plannings by IAP to increase the recruitment of the Physiotherapists all over India? If steps are taken then plz let us know the exact number of openings made by IAP and also in which realm. (I know the team of BPN and Ketan have made gr8 efforts for Karnataka) (Also Senthil Sir have made efforts for Tamilnadu - but I'm not sure that was under the banner of IAP he did or after his efforts he got the charge as convener)
8. In each audit report IAP’s yearly income is almost equivalent to the yearly expenses. Was that the same thing which happened in the past tenure too? Or we have savings for activity for this year. If "Yes", how much?
